MOMENTUM COACHING
At Ruth Catney Coaching we care about your investment in your people. To ensure that you continue to see a return on your initial investment we offer a follow-up coaching plan. Once your initial 4 months of coaching is completed, our coaches will continue to work with your associates by teleconferencing with them once a month for 4 months. This approach is so effective because it further entrenches the coaching learning to ensure sustained changes.
